Corn Associates, Inc., an educational consultant firm, has a grant development department which is able to define the needs of school districts in order to locate and obtain resources for the district. Our consultant grant writing team will carefully "craft" well organized, well documented and "highly presentable/reader friendly" grant proposals.

Our Grant Writing Team will process the essential data collection in your school district to accomplish effective grant writing development as indicated below:

To establish target areas of need within the school district such as staff development, student instruction, infusing technology to address instruction related to your state's Core Curriculum Content Standards, school and home educational programs, health, facilities upgrade and others.
A variety of Needs Assessments will be conducted to gather information and input from Administration and Board of Education, School Professional Development and Education Committees, Support Staff Parents and Community.
Design a Goals Statement related to "Target Areas" such as Curriculum Development, Technology Goals, Maintenance Planning, Remedial Instruction, Academically Talented Programs, Parent and Community Programs and others..
Structure a multi-tiered plan of collaboration with Administration and Board of Education, Educational Staff, Parents Community Partners, Business Partners, Educational Agencies and Schools within your area and beyond your area (i.e. for distance learning).
Review the success of programs in place and "brainstorm" strategies to enhance them.
Define the responsibilities and scope of each committee in the district schools.
Research all possible grant resources to fulfill potential grant development needs within your school district.
